Valentine Gourmet Brunch
Sunday, February 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th, 2024

Join us on Sundays in February for our Valentine Gourmet Brunch. The cost is $40 per person plus tax and gratuity and wine is additional by the glass or bottle. Seating times are at 12:30 & 2:30pm. Reservations are required and can be made online through or by calling 706-867-9862.

We require a credit card number for groups of 8 or more and cancellations must be made within 24 hours to avoid a $15 per person cancellation fee.

Brunch Menu

  • Porcini & Shiitake Mushroom Bisque, Black Truffle Oil
  • Mixed Greens, Winter Beets, Quinoa, Chevre, Toasted Hazelnuts, Honey Lavender Vinaigrette
  • Fried Eggs Benedict, Smoked Salmon Cake, Sauce Choron, Chives
  • Rock Shrimp & Bay Scallop Penne Pasta, Zucchini, Red Pepper, Cajun Cream, Fried Capers
  • Poached Pear & Mascarpone French Toast Casserole
  • Lemon Pepper Braised Chicken Legs & Thighs, Roasted Red Potatoes, Honey Thyme Glaze
  • Roasted Root Vegetables, Rutabaga, Cauliflower, Parsnip, Rainbow Carrot 
  • Carving Station – Buttermilk Brined Turkey Breast, Bourbon Glaze, WMV Rosemary Aioli
  • Dessert – Red Velvet Trifle, Housemade Cheesecake, Key Lime Tarts, Chocolate Covered Strawberries

There is no dress code at Wolf Mountain for Café Lunch or Sunday Brunch, however casual attire is recommended. Due to our food service offerings, we do not allow picnics on winery grounds.
