Wine Club Event Schedule2010 Wine Club Events Schedule: February 27th @ 5:00 pm2nd Annual Instinct Blending Seminar and Wine Club Dinner Join us for an evening of fine wine and great food. You will experience our blending philosophies and procedures while assembling your own signature blend of Instinct. Enjoy your glass of Instinct with an elaborate buffet dinner prepared by our executive chef. We will offer a tasting of our first ever “Port Style” Red Dessert Wine Delicieux, as well as the 2009 Plenitude. $45.00 per person inclusive (additional wines available by the glass) May 23rd @ 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm 2nd Annual Sparkling Wine Seminar: Experience the Traditional French Methode of crafting sparkling wine as we discuss the techniques and philosophies used in our production. Each couple will disgorge their bottle and select their own style of dosage to finish the process. Enjoy your masterpiece at the Winery, or take it home and save it for that perfect occasion. Make Reservations For Brunch at the 2:30 Seating $30.00 per couple August 28th and 29th 12:00 to 5:00 2nd Annual Barrel Tasting and Recruit a Friend Weekend: Join us for a weekend of barrel tasting in the Old World Ambiance of our Cask Room and be the first to taste the new release of 2009 Chanteloup and 2008 Instinct. Bring some friends to experience our Award Winning Wines and if they enroll in our Wine Club, select a free bottle of wine from our Estate Wine Flight List. Enjoy a vertical tasting of our Award Winning Blend, Instinct. Be the first to taste the 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, and the 2008 vintage. This will be a seated tasting in our expansive tasting room located at the Winery level.
