In the Vineyard
We are shoot positioning, leaf pulling and in the midst of our first hedging of the year due to the excessive rain fall we have been experiencing. We are also busy spraying fungicides to help mitigate mold and mildew issues again caused by mother nature and growing grapes in the South!
In the Winery
For our sparkling production, we have begun secondary fermentation in the bottle on Brut Rose. On the bottling line, next up is Sunset Rose followed by Plenitude and both wines will be released within the month.
