News from the Vine

We are beginning to see a slight cool off in the mountains which can only mean that Fall is close behind! Come up to the winery this month to enjoy our Mediterranean/French Cuisine Brunch with Live Jazz every Sunday in September featuring music from Trey Wright & Friends. Or dine in the Vineyard Cafe Thursday-Saturday and enjoy Chef Madeline’s new Fall menu which will be unveiled on September 15th! Please remember reservations are required for cafe lunch and brunch!

In the Vineyard
Harvest is quickly approaching with fruit samples showing an increase in sugar levels. The crush pad will be alive with activity during September and October and we encourage you to visit to be a part of the excitement!

In the Winery
We have already received the first lots of Chardonnay from local vineyards that will be used in our Sparkling program. Fermentation is under way and we will be processing additional white varietals in the upcoming weeks. In the winery, we recently started the secondary fermentation in the bottle for our Brut Natural.
