News from the Vine

We invite you to make a trip to the winery this month as the temperatures seem to be warming and our restaurant is now fully open on Saturdays and Sundays! We will feature our Valentine Gourmet Brunch on Sunday, February 10th, 17th and 24th and our Valentine Gourmet Dinner on Saturday, February 9th and 16th (sold out) at 7pm. Or make plans to dine in the Vineyard Cafe (Saturdays only until March 7th) and enjoy Chef Madeline’s cafe menu! Please remember reservations are required for cafe lunch and brunch!

WINTER HOURS
Our winter hours are still in effect. We will only be open in the tasting room on Saturdays (11am-5pm) and Sundays (12:30-5pm) in February.
The Vineyard Cafe will be open ONLY on Saturdays from 12-3pm and we will feature our Brunch on Sundays with seatings at 12:30 and 2:30pm. We will go back to our full hours of Thursday-Sunday beginning March 7th, 2019! (Reservations required for cafe lunch or brunch)

In the Vineyard
We are currently winter pruning in preparation for bud break next month. The cold weather in January kept the vines dormant, but February is showing warmer temperatures which may cause the vines to prematurely awaken. Spring freezes are always a concern this time of year!

In the Winery
We recently bottled Howling Wolf V and are excited to announce it’s official release. Also we will be bottling the next vintage of Coupage in the weeks to come. Lastly we just finished reviewing the development of our barrel aged wines and are excited for what the next vintage holds!
